Focus on “ Flowing ”

50 min Group Session

Our signature reformer class strengthens and tones the entire body. This class is for the purist - all reformers with very few (or no) additional props. By fusing the methods and teachings of the classical Pilates method with unique and focused training techniques, this open level class welcomes students from all levels.

Focus on “ Sculpting ”

50 min Group Session

Sculpt, strengthen and define every part of your core and glutes in this targeted workout. Areas you will focus on are the major glutes (maximus), upper glutes (minimus), outer glutes and hips (minimus) hamstrings and inner thighs, as well as a major focus on every part of the core (transverse, rectus and obliques).

1-hr Private Session

Take your practice to the next level with this personalized Pilates session, designed to sculpt, align, and elevate your entire body. We’ll target your specific goals - whether it’s core stability, strength, flexibility, or posture. You'll engage every muscle, especially focusing on areas that matter most to you.
